Aim for greatness
Students from all around Texas are invited to participate in the first annual Buc Days Clays 4-H Shoot presented by Flint Hills Resources. The Buccaneer Commission will be awarding $25,000 in cash prizes and scholarships during this event.
Located at the Corpus Christi Gun Club (CCGC), this first-time event will take place on Saturday, February 24th, 2024, with the Championship Round on Sunday, February 25th, 2024, for the top 20 contestants.

Limited to 160 first entries
February 24th, 2024- Qualifying Round- 100 sporting clays/ 50 skeet
February 25th, 2024- Championship Round
Timeline for Saturday, February 24th – Qualifying Rounds:
7:30 AM – Check In
8:30 AM – Mandatory Safety Meeting
9:00 AM – First sporting clay flight begins.
12:00 PM/1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM- Last sporting clay flight begins.
Shootoffs and tie breakers will occur as needed for Saturday’s qualifying round. The top 5 contestants in each division will return on Sunday, February 25th, 2024, for the Championship Round with a chance at prize money and scholarships totaling $25,000.
