FIRST® LEGO® League
Similar to the Buc Days FIRST® Tech Challenge, the FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge presented by Valero immerses students in research, problem-solving, coding, engineering, and teamwork as they design, build, and program a LEGO® robot to navigate the missions of an exciting robot game.
The 2026–27 FIRST® LEGO® League season is FIRST® CANOPY™, featuring the BIOGLOW™ challenge. This season encourages students to explore the fascinating world of biodiversity and ecosystems, discovering how nature, technology, and innovation work together while developing creative solutions to real-world challenges.
FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge introduces science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to students ages 9–16* through fun, high-energy, hands-on learning. Participants gain real-world problem-solving experience through a guided, global robotics program that inspires collaboration, creativity, and curiosity, helping students and teachers build a better future together—one robot at a time!
